WPR NWA.300.7000 used for lamination PVC profiles, using PVC decorative foil, with hot melt adhesive reagent (PUR) supplemented with a primer application.
Thanks to the new lamination machines, we can now offer your color choice for PVC profiles.

FAR-EST glass factory has a production capacity and delivery up to 800 units per day. Ultra machines used during the production process can provide a continuous and efficient supply to our customers. Equipment used in glass manufacture are the last generation, which are purchased from LISEC company in Austria, the world leader in the field.

Machinery processes jumbo glass sheets (maximum size) and have a high degree of automation, human error became virtually nonexistent. FAR-EST that uses the best machines on the market and rapid implementation of a quality control system are guaranteed jams are produced to the highest standards demanded by the market. Sealing is done automatically by butilextruder glass and sealing robot.

PVC windows factory opened in autumn of 2007, is equipped with latest equipment. With modern machinery factory, manufacture insulating windows and doors that meet the most exacting quality standards.

The new factory insulated PVC windows TROCAL, KBE, Kommerling, all operations are assisted by computer. That way you can be sure that human error is virtually eliminated. All factory operations are performed correctly and completely.

The PVC windows factory is equipped with latest equipment Elumatec - Germany

- 2 robots cutting PVC rods, with three independent disks;
- 4 PVC processing centers each with 19 engines;
- 3 welding lines windows and doors, with four heads, each line has robot deburring (automated deburring ensure that all windows will look identical)
- 2 automatic machines for cutting rod;
- 3 fixed glass windows machines, machines that mimic exactly the conditions of installation of windows in the house;

For making windows of the highest quality, the technological flow is constantly controlled by Quality Department.
